Call (+49) 69 1534 3013 Vistus-R Freefall metal detection system with Separator SW The Vistus-R separator system, developed by our partner Minibea Intec is reliable in detecting metal foreign bodies, ferrous and non-ferrous. It represents the optimal solution for high product throughput: thank to its design it prevents the product from being crushed. The contained dimensions of this item and a reduced metal-free zone can make it fit even in the tighest spaces. Air monitoring equipment If operating with higher temperatures, it might be necessary to have an air cooling option. By default, when purchased every system include separator, 5L/2L air cells, air pressure monitoring and a pressure relief valve (5L from nominal width 250 upwards, if not 2L). The pressure relief valve comes with a sound absorber. Customizable options The standard system Vistus-R is suitable for ambient temperatures up to 55°C and product temperatures up to 70°C. However, it offers also many possible options that the customer can personalize according to various needs. For instance, it´s possible to decide the material for the freefall pipe of the detector, and the options cover applications in the most different industries. Polypropylene pipe (standard) with outer graphite coating, for products that don´t generate static electricity. Ceramic pipe, for product temperatures up to 150°C. ESD pipe, to eliminate static electricity charges. Easy to operate By swivelling the pipe segment out, the separator avoids crushing the product, while consistently detecting all metal foreign bodies that must be taken away from the production line.
