Call (+49) 69 1534 3013 MJ6-i Dehumidifying dryer with a honeycomb rotor for stable drying The new MJ6-i is the result of Matsui´s constant striving for high standards in treating polymers. It continuously monitors load demands and dials down energy consumption while keeping resin a consistent -60ºC dew point all the way to its core, drying it in a fast way to allow a faster start of process. Furthermore, the built-in self‑control option embedded in the equipment "i" (for intelligence) avoids that the drying process gets affected by the outside air temperature and humidity. Saving energy, ensuring quality The MJ6-i saves up to 83% energy through the continuous operation method: the resin´s temperature drops after drying and the evolution of air flow rate, preventing excessive drying and yellowing of products. In addition, the regeneration heating air is pre-heated with waste heat, as to reduce the required power consumption. "Honeycomb" dessicant wheel Matsui developed the “honeycomb” desiccant wheel technology, perfecting it throughout four decades. The spinning wheel is constantly presenting fresh, thirsty desiccant as moist air travels through every channel. As the wheel travels, “wet” desiccant is dried and ready to absorb moisture again. Engineered to perform maintenance-free, desiccant wheels routinely can hold dew point to -40ºC for years. Intuitive design of the touch-screen Settings on the new seven-inch touch-screen display present a smoother and simpler design. Thank to this, it´s possible to check the drying status, the machine's operating history, and to change the temperature. In addition it has a range of different languages to choose from.
