The new JCGB2 provides extreme precision when it comes to measuring and mixing the correct amount of material. Each time the fed material can have an amount as low as 15g, and the target value is corrected and adjusted according to the actual feed amount. The unique shape of the hole valve, which is inclined, helps also reducing jamming: it moves up and down to cut out the material, reducing the amount that is supplied. Easy maintenance Since the JCGB2´s concept is of an item that should sit on top of the injection molding machine, tools aren´t necessary when it comes to maintenance time: the main units are easy to remove and re-install simply by hand. Moreover, the front door is very convenient to open and close. In order to support this ease of maintenance, the material supply valve is located inside of the material hopper. Touch-screen panel The operational control panel is rich in features and options to constantly monitor the JGB2´s functioning, with the aim of ensuring a uniform, high-quality molding process: Weight setting screen Actual data for each batch displayed as trend graphs Data of up to 500 batches stored (including actual values, deviations, and alarm history) Traceability of molded products thanks to USB-transfer to a PC No separation of materials!
