The charge remains until it gets moved away by means of an electric current or electrical discharge. The new Static Eliminator eliminates electrical static in material-feed hoses for plastic pellets. It can be installed into any material line to ensure more stable flow and to eliminate static in the downstream mold cell process, avoiding possible reabsorptions. An ion-generator balances/neutralize the positive charges within the housing, so pellets are free to pass without static electricity holding them down. Easy to install and use An important advantage of the Static Eliminator is that it doesn´t require a Matsui loading system to install in line, since it can be retro-fit into any type of loading system using a vacuum-transport principle. Installation takes only minutes, and is powered by a standard AC120V wall outlet. Moreover, use is intuitive: just adjust the + and - amplifier dials on the controller.Install it, set it, and wave goodbye to static in components!
