It comes available in several configuration shapes and specifications, thus it can adapt to common material line sizes and fit different customer´s needs. This magnet can be integrated to eliminate foreign metallic material from entering areas such as final products, injection-barrels, mold channels, as well as processing machinery (dryers, grinders etc.) themselves. Powerful and easy to maintain The powerful magnetic field can catch ferrous metals and even certain blend-alloys in temperature environment up to 120°C. It simply connects into the material line and, as material passes over, metals stick to the Magnet Stick rod before moving outward.Once the debris is caught, simply open and wipe it off and–– tada, metal is gone like magic! Different types, dfferent resins The standard type of Magnet Stick can adapt to a variety of applications and flexible resins.Instead, the G-type is the best soluition to work with hard resins, because thanks to its special structure the magnetic bars won´t be damaged.In case of materials that are prone to clogging, the Anti-Clogging type presents a much wider pipe diameter to overcome this specific issue.
