KShow 2025 In October Matsui took part in the KShow 2025, one of the largest and most important events for the plastics industry, held in Düsseldorf, Germany. The main theme of this year's edition - responsibility towards the environment and society - resonated with our booth centered around the factor4 concept: doubling productivity while halving energy and resource consumption. Together with our German partners, we combined our technologies to achieve a stable and efficient injection molding process from material preparation to in-mold optimization. First, our partner Simpatec offers advanced 3D simulation, allowing mold and part optimization even before the start of production - combining design with stable, repeatable reality. We focused on three practical key pillars for molding process: Material Handling From removing dust and ferrous metal contamination with our ARV and Magnet Stick, to energy-efficiently drying thanks to our MJ6-i, including slow-speed granulating with our SMGL3 and repelletizing with our air-cooled Repelletizer, we can ensure clean and consistent material supply for both virgin and regrind. Mold Ventilation The MAG and Mold Breather let the gases escape the mold during injection, reducing defects and improving overall quality. Thermal Balance Our partner Contura provides precise temperature control through conformal cooling, while the Orcinus system by Enesty keep a constant check of the water flow with a non-invasive monitoring. This event proved to be a truly global platform, and we had the opportunity to meet at our booth interesting visitors from over 50 countries all over the world: Europe 960 North and South America 105 Asia 300 Africa 30 Oceania 20 Total 1,415 Achieve factor4 in the molding factory!
