Our 3Zone PreClear represents the right solution to overcome this issue, as it can remove the main elements that cause scale formation in the water. It operates at a maximum temperature of 45°C. Furthermore, it doesn´t require any power supply and it´s very easy to install and manage. How it works The 3Zone PreClear operates between the chiller or the temperature control unit and the mold. Microfilter and the ion filters need to be checked since they require periodic change after installation. From the graph it´s possible to compare the level of scale in the circulating water in two different cases, when 3Zone PreClear is in use and when it is not. The data shows that the level of scale drastically drops after the installation of Matsui´s solution. Visible results The 3Zone PreClear shows an efficient and tangible improvement regarding the turbidity of the circulating water. The conditions in the tank display a better situation even only after two days from the 3Zone PreClear´s installation.
