Eco PreClear 2

Purification system
for central water treatment

The Eco PreClear 2 is the new solution for larger volumes of water for the removal of scale elements in an environmental-friendly way. It is based on the resin ion exchange method.
In this way, the device can efficiently solve important problems related to cooling and insufficient flow rate in the pipes.

Unique characteristics

The Eco PreClear 2 offers important advantages that make it efficient and convenient to use.

I. The multi-valve simplifies the configuration of the piping in order to clean cooling water continuously and efficiently.

II. The ball filter increases the removal of foreign bodies and reduces the maintenance effort by extending the replacement cycle of the consumables.

III. An FRP tank and a polyethylene brine tank can reduce corrosion while making the machine lighter; maintenance becomes easier.

The water treatment process

The Eco PreClear 2 continuously manages the water quality in a clearer way, and the process of treating the cooling water takes place in just a few, but very important steps.

Filteration

The first step consists of a ball filter with automatic reverse force function. It removes the turbidity material and catches particles up to even 5μm.

Ion exchange

The ion exchange of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and sodium (Na) particles is essential for eliminating the absorption of hardness elements.

UV sterilization

The Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) system enables stronger sterilization compared to traditional UV sterilizers.

After these three steps, the main components such as calcium and magnesium are no longer present: finally no more clogged pipes! The newly obtained soft water can now be used in the cooling cycle.

Standard features

The standard Eco PreClear 2 can be used with a total water hardness of max. 70ppm, a cooling tower capacity of 100RT and a regeneration cycle of 14 days. If the capacity of the circulation pump for the coolant is insufficient, it is possible to install a separate pump on the system.
