Equiplast 2023

Matsui contributed to Equiplast 2023 in Barcelona, Spain. In the past editions it counted 19000 visitors and 150 professional exhibitors; but this year the network expanded considerably, reaching the 590 units for almost the same amount of registered visitors.
The focus was on innovative and sustainable solutions that could meet customers´ reqirements and demands at best and, at the same time, perform a lower impact on the environment. Following this concept, Matsui structured its booth to show its available machineries and solutions that concern how to get rid of contamination during material handling and recycling in the injection molding process.
For instance, one of the flagship products that Matsui is making available for European market is the so-called Mold Breather: this ejector pin developed in Japan allows the passage of gases that generate when molding and that risk damaging the quality of the final product. Another item that we displayed is the low-speed granulator SMGL3 for an optimal quality in the regrinded materials.
