Plastex 2026

At the beginning of January Matsui took part in the Plastex 2026 in Cairo, Egypt.
We were already present for the previous edition in 2024 and this event confirmed to be the most important exhibition in the MENA region for our sector, with over 32 000 visitors and 500 exhibitors from 60 countries.
In line with the sustainability theme of the show, we presented our core philosophy factor4 in the molding factory for the reduction of energy consumption and material waste, while improving productivity.
Together with our group company Matsui Technologies India we displayed how our business approach can practically benefit the market demand in the packaging industry.
Our ARV could remove dust contamination from both virgin and regrind material, while our chiller MTICH and our temperature controller GMCH monitor water temperature up to 160°C. Moreover, the dehumidifying dryer MMD and the PET-dryer of the MPDH-series ensure stable drying, which impacts the entire production process reducing viscosity irregularities and the waste of pellets.
