Our booth at the Plast Eurasia 2023

At the Plast Eurasia 2023 in Istanbul, Matsui cooperated with its local partners to present its first-class machines and solutions. The focus of our stand concept was the opportunity that our innovative products offer for a simple recycling process without compromising the quality of the products. At our stand at Plast Eurasia, we presented a functioning mold demonstration that operated non-stop with polyethylene. We used a material ratio of 80% virgin, 18% recycled and 2% master batch.

The cycle time was 6.5 seconds and 48 products were made at a time Thanks to this recycling-oriented organization, we were able to enjoy a number of benefits throughout the production period: we saved energy and reduced the amount of material by around 20%, while also avoiding problems linked with metal and dust contamination. In the end, the molded parts still displayed a shiny and shimmering surface.
